It is our third time in this charming, quirky cottage. It is spotlessly clean and cosy in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the harbour. There is a sunny garden and the invaluable bonus of a parking permit, just a short stroll away. It really has everything you need in a holiday let. The only negative for those less able-bodied is that the Read morestairs are very steep and winding. Hide

Cottage was comfortable and in a great location for the area. Parking permit a bonus and we only use the car once the whole week. Public transport was fantastic (just be aware that not all the buses go from the main bus station). Brixham is a friendly place to visit full of plenty of lovely places to eat and drink. A very relaxing week.

If you want to stay in Brixham and your on a budget, look no further than here. Stairs are spiral, but unless you have mobility issues, arent too much of a concern. I found keeping the top floor windows closed of a night to drown out the noise from the seagulls a must, for a good nights sleep. But this is Brixham, home of the fishermen. Cheap bus tRead moreickets to transport you around the bay, or in my case free, mean you can leave the car in the park. This is a care free holiday. Hide
