The cottage is lovely and full of character and in an ideal location for the harbour. It may be slightly difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

A great dog friendly, well equipped and spotlessly clean, quirky old cottage, perfect location close to the harbour, town and lots of great restaurants and pubs. The Manor pub was nearby and theres a warm welcome, as well as great beers and ciders. It was lovely to stroll around the harbour, watch the seals and the fishing boats in action. Perfect! Hide

Parking in Brixham is problematic so you need to find a residential area and walk. I do not recommend dropping off at the cottage as turning is difficult. The place is clean and cozy and the linens were crisp and clean and white. The stairs are steep so not great for tots or anyone with limited mobility. We had a really lovely holiday in Echo Beach holiday cottage at Brixham. The location was brilliant, the ease of dropping off our stuff at the door and the beautiful cottage all made our holiday perfect. Thank you for providing such a well thought out and beautiful cottage, I will be coming back every year.

The first thing to note is accessibility, the road to the cottage is not the widest, but with care and a reasonable aptitude at reversing vehicles it should not be a problem, parking can be difficult, I would recommend purchasing a Torbay Council eight-day parking permit, (https://www.torbay.gov.uk/parking/parking-permits/car-park-permits/,) althouRead moregh it doesnt guarantee a parking spot, I had no problems. Overall, a quaint cottage in a picturesque town, would recommend it to friends. Hide

Echo Beach was just perfect for a weeks winter break - I cant think of anything that would improve the property . We spent a very relaxing week here , bed was very comfortable , lovely bathrooms and excellent cooking facilities. It was lovely having a wood burner to relax in front of when playing cards and also completed the jigsaw we found in the Read moredrawer of Brixham - what a lovely thought . Definitely return next year and hopefully the same time of year - we were so lucky with the weather . Hide

We have just spent 7 days in this beautiful cottage and had a lovely comfortable stay. Its very central to the harbour with many shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars nearby. There isn't parking outside the cottage but we managed to find parking 5 minutes away which was easy and worked well. Thank you for a great stay!
